Recognized for his exceptional performance, he earned the distinction of being a two-time 1st Team All-Trumbull Athletic Conference (TAC) selection and was also chosen for the 1st Team All-Trumbull County roster. The pinnacle of his high school journey arrived in his senior year, where his achievements extended to include the IS Team All-Northeast Ohio (NEO) and IS Team All-Ohio accolades. His outstanding contributions led him to become Girard's nominee for the coveted Trumbull County Player of the Year honor. Remarkably, his senior season positioned him as the premier receiver across all divisions in the state of Ohio, boasting an impressive stat line of 79 receptions, 1,437 yards, and 18 touchdowns. His impact resonated through the school's record book, where he claimed the titles for single-season TD receptions (28), single-season receptions (79), and single-season reception yards (1,437), alongside most TDs in a game and most TD receptions in a career. His accomplishments elevated him to membership in the exclusive 100-point club and solidified his status as one of Girard football's most distinguished receivers. A defining moment was his role in the unforgettable 64-62 victory against JFK, where he set a new school record with 356 receiving yards and contributed three touchdowns. His success extended beyond the gridiron to the basketball court, where he shone as a valuable asset to the Indian basketball team. His prowess earned him the honor of being named a two-time 1st Team All-TAC choice in basketball, a testament to his well-rounded athletic abilities and his enduring impact on Girard High School's sports legacy.
