Her accomplishments in both cross country and track distinguish her as one of the most outstanding female athletes in the program's history. With a remarkable four-year tenure as a letter winner in track, she once held the school records for the 1600 and 3200 meter runs. Simultaneously, her four-year engagement in cross country showcased her prowess, earning her First Team All-MVC recognition on four occasions and securing Second Team All-Trumbull County honors twice. Her excellence was recognized on a broader scale, receiving an All-Tri County selection in her senior year and being twice named All-Ohio. Her remarkable cross country journey includes an impressive record of four regional meet qualifications and three appearances at the State Cross Country meet. A defining moment in her cross country career was her performance at the 1992 State meet, where she clocked in at an impressive time of 19:08. This achievement established a new GHS record that, even 26 years later, still remains unbroken.
