ABOUT
Co-Captained The 1974 Girard High School baseball team and led the 1973 and 1974 teams to a combined 32-11 record, winning two MVC Championships and two Sectional titles. He was awarded a full baseball scholarshipt to Y.S.U. where he was named Co-Captain with standout pitcher Dave Dravecky. He led Y.S.U. to the NCAA DivisionII playoffs with a 23-5 record while leading in 5 offensive categories. His fielding percentage is among Y.S.U.'s best ever. Dave was awarded the 4-year baseball award and 1978 Most Valuable Player honors. His record of 21 stolen bases in 21 attempts during the 1977-78 seasons still stands today.
