Her generosity knows no bounds, as she has generously given thousands of hours at Girard High School sporting events, lending her support to a diverse range of sports. From managing concessions to selling programs and 50/50 tickets, her efforts have directly contributed to the well-being of the student-athletes. For a remarkable span of 15 years, she fulfilled the role of recording secretary for the Girard Alumni Association before retiring in 2014. Her dedication extended to the realm of sports programs, as she organized both fall and winter editions for an entire decade. Her relentless pursuit of financial support from local businesses, aimed at championing and backing Girard's student-athletes, has been an unshakable testament to her dedication. Since its inception in 1997, she has played an invaluable role in the Girard Hall of Fame committee, shouldering the responsibilities of its secretary. Her contribution goes beyond the confines of the school, as she played a pivotal role in establishing and coordinating the GAA-sponsored youth basketball tournament, which has blossomed into one of the school's most significant and successful fundraisers.
